Aerobics     Aerobics is beauty and health, family and rest, friends and communication. By going in for aerobics you receive joy and satisfaction. You lead an active way of life of the modern person of the 21st century. In other words, aerobics is a harmonious combination of physical, mental, and social factors.

    The best prophylaxis for many diseases is indeed the regular aerobic exercises. They make the heart and vessels constantly work, adapting to ever increasing loads. Therefore, the cardiovascular system of a trained person works harmoniously and effectively, supplying oxygen to all organs and tissues of the body.

Aerobics     The heart condition is constantly degrading with age. It is demonstrated by the “ageing curve”, obtained as a result of heart and vessels condition testing of the people aged from 20 to 80. It clearly shows that the average indices of cardiovascular system work deteriorate every ten years of person’s life. While these indices drop considerably slower for those who are regularly going in for aerobics.
