Evminov’s Preventotium is used to treat and prevent spine diseases of adults and children:

• osteochondrosis

    It also helps to recover spine functions after injuries, surgeries.

    As the spine is being relieved of any pressure and is being stretched, a person is doing special exercises. Over time muscles “fill in” the space along the spine, formed as a result of traction. Thus, a part of backbone pressure is taken over by the newly formed muscles and strengthened ligaments. Naturally, the pressure on the disk is considerably reduced and the disk recovers much quicker.

    Purposeful training of deep spine muscles leads to the increase in inter-cell fluid, which improves diffuse nourishment of disk and nucleus pulposus. Besides, the active diffuse nourishment is ensured by the so called “pumping mechanism”, which consists in the multiple compressing and decompressing of spine.

    The Preventotium’s construction makes it suitable to be installed practically in any flat, which allows it to be used by all members of a family, irrespectively of age, weight, and level of physical preparation.

    The Preventotium can be used in medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, sport clubs, in places where people lead a sedentary life (management staff, drivers, people working at the computer, at the assembly lines, etc.). It is particularly necessary for those whose activity is connected with big spine loads (sportsmen, loading workmen, miners, etc.), in order to restore the spine after overloading and to prepare it for even bigger loads.

    The Preventotium is necessary for everyone who does not want to have spine problems, and hence health problems, throughout their life. In order to do this it is necessary to master the methodology of looking after spine and treating this or that disease.

    According to the survey among our patients and to the Centre’s research, 98% of our patients use the Preventotium to cure spine diseases and only 2% use it for prophylaxis.

    Evminov’s Preventotium is a wooden panel with two pairs of handles on the carriage moving along the panel.

    Evminov’s Preventotium is fixed to the wall and hangs on a special rope. Due to the moving carriage the Preventorium can be used both by adults and children.

    Evminov’s Preventotium can be fixed at the wall with the angle of 8 to 90 degrees as well as with the negative angle up to -25 degrees.

    In the vertical (nonworking) position the Preventorium occupies the square equal to its resistant part 4cm x 45cm = 0.02 square metres.

    The panel’s colour may be light and toned.

    The traction (stretching) size is easy to be defined by way of changing dip angle of Evminov’s Preventorium, which is done by the simple and reliable device. The dip angle depends on the functional and physical condition of the person as well as upon his/her diagnosis. The dip angle is chosen at the first training. Further, the angle changes and varies depending on the tasks that are being solved.
