- individual programming of load and choosing of therapeutic exercises for every particular case,
- prophylaxis of deformations of spine and joints of upper and lower extremities,
- renewal and stabilization of body symmetry.
Results of the treatment
A repeated examination held every 6 months after the beginning of exercising showed that in 90% of cases of slouch, deformation of posture and scoliosis of the first degree of statico-dinamic origin the posture came back to normal, the indices of “shoulder index” improved. This index came close to the norm for 93 persons out of 100. Measuring of Moshkov diamond in 6 months of training showed positive results. If during the first measuring the difference between the indices was 1.5-2 cm, now it decreased down to 0.5 cm, and in some cases disappeared completely. For 76% of teenagers with cyphosis, lordosis and scoliosis of the II-III degrees there was observed a complete stop of the progressing form and return to the initial I-II degrees with minor residual effects of organic character, caused by the illness.
In cases of combined, longitudinal and diametrical flat-footedness of the I-II degrees of functional origin positive results are observed for most children and teenagers.
For adults the improvement of functional condition is created by the complex combination of therapeutic corrective exercises, physiotherapeutic procedures and orthopaedic correction of feet. Under such conditions the combined inborn flat-footedness of the III and IV degrees decreases by 1 degree for 3-6 months of trainings according to the results of foot plantography.
In cases of the I-II degree osteochondroses of thoracocervical and lumbar spine areas, including early juvenile osteochondrosis, it is very important to go in for therapeutic gymnastics regularly and keep to the right diet and rules of orthopaedic regime.
In 100% of cases of degenerative-dystrophic diseases of musculoskeletal system the spine ache disappears already after 2 weeks of training according to O.Slinko’s methodology. And already in 6 months of training there take place regenerating processes in all parts of spine.
Generally, positive results of exercises according to O.Slinko’s authoring methodology are observed by all patients already after 2 weeks from the beginning of trainings.
